After the goal, both teams stepped up the pace and the game became more open. In the 69th minute, Mohamed Mahad Mohamud extended Holmalund's lead to 2-0, putting them in control of the match.

But in the 88th minute, IFK Tidaholm came alive, and Neo Gustafsson reduced the deficit to 2-1. Then, in the 89th minute, Jesper Vulevity equalized for Tidaholm. With only stoppage time left on the clock, Jonathan Thurén made it 3-2 for IFK Tidaholm, completing a remarkable turnaround.

Holmalund fought to the end to come back, but the match ended with a magnificent comeback for IFK Tidaholm, who took home three points.

Referee Samir Suhonjic was attentive throughout the match and maintained an acceptable level of play, even though there were several warnings and a red card.

Unfortunately, the attendance was zero as the match was played without spectators due to Covid-19 restrictions. But for those who followed the match from home or on social media, it was an exciting and entertaining soccer game.
