It was a difficult day for Trollhättans BoIS, who faced Tidaholms GoIF at home on Torsbovallen A-plan. In front of an empty arena, with only the referee and assistant referees present, Tidaholm started strong and took an early lead in the match. In the 30th minute, Simon Lundell scored the opening goal, a lead that they would not relinquish.

At halftime, the home team substituted two players, but it proved to be in vain. Tidaholm continued their dominance, and in the 49th minute, Josip Maracic scored the second goal for the visiting team. A few minutes later, Alfred Gråsjö was unable to contain his frustration and received a yellow card.

After just over an hour of play, Trollhättans BoIS made another substitution in an attempt to revitalize their game, but to no avail. In the 70th minute, Max Persson scored Tidaholm's third goal before Josip Maracic added another in the 74th minute, which dashed Trollhättans BoIS's hopes of getting a result in the match.

Tidaholm continued to rack up goals, and in the 82nd minute, Alexander Fredriksson netted their fifth goal. The home team managed to score a consolation goal through Gustav Ekerstad in the 78th minute, but it did little to help. The match did not conclude until the 85th minute when Tidaholm made yet another substitution.

The match was over, and Tidaholms GoIF won convincingly with a score of 5-1. It was a heavy loss for Trollhättans BoIS, who are now, after the game, firmly resolved to rethink and prepare better for next season.
