It was an exciting match between Tidaholms GoIF and Vårgårda IK on Tidavallen B-plan Artificial Turf. Despite the relatively low attendance of 104 people, the teams delivered a game full of goals and excitement.

Already after 20 minutes, Tidaholms GoIF made a substitution, with Jose Maria CID SALMERON replacing Marcus Julin. However, it wasn’t until the 44th minute that the first goal came, when Sonny Karlsson found the back of the net, making it 1-0 for Tidaholms GoIF.

At halftime, Vårgårda IK brought in Kelly Blomgren for Marcus Andersson, but Tidaholms GoIF continued to dominate the match and doubled their lead just six minutes into the second half. Josip Maracic scored to make it 2-0. It didn’t take long for Vårgårda IK to respond, as Melker Johansson headed the ball in the 57th minute, reducing the deficit.

Vårgårda IK continued to press Tidaholms GoIF, but in the 72nd minute, Max Persson scored once again, making it 3-1 for Tidaholms GoIF. Vårgårda IK substituted Lucas Fondin for William Svensson in hopes of scoring more goals, but Tidaholms GoIF proved too strong, and the match ended 3-1.

Referee Emre Akan had quite a bit to do, issuing a total of three warnings during the match, two to Tidaholms GoIF and one to Vårgårda IK. The match was full of excitement, and both teams provided entertaining football for the audience.
