Åsarp-Trädet FK faced Göta BK in an exciting match on Saturday afternoon at Åsarps IP A-plan in Division 3 Nordvästra Götaland. It was a match without spectators due to current restrictions. Referee Ville Larsson was ready to kick off the match alongside assistant referees Jonathan Tidstål and Simon Larsson.

The match started with a high tempo, and it didn't take long before the home team took the lead through Daniel Hallin in the 1st minute. Just a few minutes later, Adam Sjöberg increased the lead to 2-0 for Åsarp-Trädet FK. Alfred Löfving Svensson, who was booked in the 12th minute for the home team, saw Göta BK reduce the score through Lukas Eliasson in the 27th minute, and a few minutes later, Sevdan Alija equalized to 2-2 for the visiting team.

Åsarp-Trädet FK had a taste of success when Göta BK scored an own goal in the 38th minute, giving the home team the lead once again. Almedin Babacic was cautioned for the away team at the end of the first half.

In the second half, Åsarp-Trädet FK continued to extend their lead. In a last attempt to come back, Göta BK chose to substitute two players while Åsarp-Trädet FK also made a substitution to maintain their lead. Alfred Löfving Svensson became the hero for the home team by scoring his first goal of the season in the 82nd minute. Göta BK’s Chris Norberg was cautioned in the closing minutes of the match.
