On Saturday afternoon, Luleå SK and Sävast AIF faced off in an exciting match at Åkevallen in front of an audience of 79 people. The referee, Tomas Lundgren, was in charge, assisted by Joacim Jonsson and Jesse Perttunen.
Just 10 minutes into the game, Sävast AIF received a warning following a tough tackle by Anthony Kwaku Sorkpah. However, it was Luleå SK who took the lead after 34 minutes when Daniel Sandberg skillfully placed the ball in the goal. Just three minutes later, Magnus Fagerqvist doubled the lead to 2-0 for the home team. Right before halftime, Sandberg scored his second goal of the day, and Luleå SK led 3-0.
At halftime, Sävast AIF made a substitution, bringing in Andreas Andersson for Wisarut Trachuentong to try to spark some new energy in the team. But it was Luleå SK that continued to dominate the match, and after 62 minutes, Chaho Jamshidi made it 4-0 for the home side.
Sävast AIF fought on and reduced the score to 4-1 through Fredrik Espling in the 72nd minute. However, Luleå SK remained the stronger team, and Daniel Sandberg completed his hat trick, setting the final score at 5-1 in the 90th minute.
After the match, it was clear that Luleå SK was the better team and took a convincing victory. Sävast AIF will have to return to training to work on their game ahead of the next match.
