Match report:
It was a dull match at Tannens IP when Lycksele IF faced Notvikens IK. Despite the sparse attendance of only 67 spectators, the match still provided a number of goals and events.
Notvikens IK started strongly, and in the 13th minute, they took the lead through Robert Lidhammar. However, Lycksele IF showed resistance, and in the 19th minute, James Takashi Teaway Jr equalized for the home team with a penalty. Before halftime, though, Notvikens IK managed to score two more goals. First by Yassine Assam in the 35th minute and then Emil Lindberg in the 43rd minute.
In the second half, the visiting team dominated, and in the 67th minute, Magnus Johansson extended the lead to 4-1. In the 70th minute, Yassine Assam found the net again, sealing the final score at 5-1 in favor of Notvikens IK.
The match was physical, and referee Richard Grad issued several warnings during the course of the game. Both Lycksele IF and Notvikens IK made several substitutions in an attempt to change the game, but it had little effect.
It was a match where Notvikens IK was clearly the better team and was able to win impressively with a score of 5-1. Meanwhile, Lycksele IF will take away lessons and aim to improve for their next match.
