On Saturday, Ohtana/Aapua FF faced Kiruna FF at Skolvallen in a very important match for both teams. The home team was in sixth place in the standings, while Kiruna FF was in eighth place, making it crucial for both teams to earn points to climb the table.

The match started with an early leading goal for the visiting Kiruna FF. In the eighth minute, Erik Tjäder struck with a well-placed shot that found its way into the net. After the goal, Ohtana/Aapua FF struggled to find their rhythm, but after a while, they got going and began to threaten Kiruna's defense more and more.

In the 21st minute, the home team scored their first goal. Johannes Pekkari received the ball just outside the penalty area and sent it into the left corner, much to the chagrin of Kiruna's goalkeeper. After the goal, Ohtana/Aapua FF continued to press but did not score again before the halftime break.

At the beginning of the second half, the match continued at the same pace as the end of the first half. Both teams fought hard to take the lead and create chances. However, in the 80th minute, what many feared happened. Kiruna FF took the lead again, thanks to a fantastic effort by Adam Johnson. He received the ball just outside the penalty area, turned away from an Ohtana defender, and sent the ball into the net. After the goal, the home team tried to equalize but without success. Instead, they witnessed a red card for Hector Garcia Infante after a tough tackle, which allowed Kiruna FF to play out the match and take home three points.

The match ended 1-2 in favor of Kiruna FF, who thus moved ahead of Ohtana/Aapua FF in the standings. Despite the loss, the home team's supporters can likely be satisfied with the team's performance, as they continued to fight hard and created many chances.
