It was an intense match at Hertsö IP as Division 3 teams Luleå SK and Lycksele IF met on Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, there was no crowd present to witness when the visitors from Lycksele took the lead as early as the sixth minute with a nice shot from James Takashi Teaway Jr. Luleå tried to respond, but it was Lycksele who doubled their lead when George Mattar made it 2-0 in the 17th minute.

However, Luleå did not let themselves be discouraged and reduced the deficit thanks to Amor Ben Hariz in the 24th minute. It was also Ben Hariz who equalized just nine minutes later after a great cross from Juan-Manuel Paez. Lycksele substituted Lee Glahn for Oscar Stenlund in the 34th minute, but they struggled to stop Luleå's attacking play. Abshir Gure Sanweyne placed a well-placed shot in the 58th minute, giving Luleå the lead for the first time in the match.

Lycksele attempted to counter and brought on Salam Bashirov instead of Aziz Kazemian in the 63rd minute. But Luleå held on to their lead and substituted Sejran Muhamet Ataev for Ahmed Mohammed Adem in the 69th minute. Luleå's Edwin Hamstig received a yellow card in the 67th minute for a foul against the opposing team.

Lycksele received a warning in the 76th minute after Filose Irakoze tried to stop Luleå’s attack. In the 80th minute, Lycksele substituted Bishop Dindo for Allfred Lilja, and Luleå replaced Sebastian Sandberg with Philip Mhenni. Luleå also brought on Omid Mohammadi and Andreas Kylmänen instead of Pelle Lindgren and Haysam Mohamed Yahye.

Gustav Stålnacke received a yellow card in the second minute of stoppage time, and referee Henoc Ekanga concluded the match with a result of 3-2 in favor of Luleå SK. An exciting and well-played match between two teams in Division 3 Northern Norrland.
