An exciting match took place at Årsta IP Artificial Grass as Vaksala SK hosted Syrianska IF Kerburan in Division 3 Norra Svealand. Despite it being a Sunday afternoon, the attendance was 0, but that didn’t stop Vaksala from giving it their all and ultimately winning 5-2.
The match began with an early goal from Syrianska IF Kerburan as Lucas Özgun found the back of the net in the 25th minute. However, Vaksala quickly responded through Tobias Sandquist and Emil Johansson, both of whom scored within four minutes. Syrianska managed to reduce the deficit with a goal from Emanuel Hanna, but Vaksala remained unaffected, and Sandquist netted his second goal of the evening in the 36th minute.
By halftime, the scoreboard showed 4-1 in favor of Vaksala, and they continued to apply pressure in the second half. Syrianska IF Kerburan tried to reduce the deficit but to no avail, and instead, it was Vaksala's Tomas Robert Ekberg who sealed the deal with a penalty in stoppage time of the second half.
The result means that Vaksala SK remains in 9th place in the table while Syrianska IF Kerburan occupies 6th place. It was a well-played match with several sharp scoring opportunities, and Vaksala SK managed to make the most of them. A solid performance from both teams.
