It was an incredible day at Köpings IP when Forsby FF faced IF Eker Örebro in Division 3 Örebro-Västmanland, women's team. The audience of 82 people really had something to look forward to when the match started on Saturday afternoon.
It didn't take long before the goals started pouring in for Forsby FF. Already in the 11th minute, Tindra Gyllström scored the first goal for the home team. Amanda Ling extended the lead to 2-0 in the 20th minute, followed by Ellen Södermark's goal in the 24th minute. Elsa Westerlund led the way with two quick goals in the 29th and 35th minutes before she completed her hat-trick in the 40th minute.
The goals kept coming for Forsby FF in the second half. Amanda Ling increased the lead to 8-0 in the 48th minute, before Tindra Gyllström also achieved a hat-trick by scoring three goals in quick succession.
IF Eker Örebro was finally able to break their goal drought by scoring their only goal in the 90th minute, thanks to Elin Backlund after a penalty kick.
The match ultimately ended 12-1 in favor of Forsby FF in a dominant performance on the field. It was a joyous day for the home team and their supporters, while IF Eker Örebro was surely disappointed with the result.
