It was a gray and rainy Saturday afternoon when IFK Stockholm FK hosted Märsta IK at Vårbergs IP 1 in Division 3 Östra Svealand. Despite the small attendance of 32 people, the tempo on the field was high from the start.

Märsta IK was the team that controlled the play for the first 15 minutes and created several dangerous chances. After 14 minutes, a player from Märsta IK received a yellow card for a tough tackle on a player from IFK Stockholm FK.

However, IFK Stockholm FK worked their way into the match more and more and had a few opportunities in front of Märsta’s goal. But they couldn’t manage any truly dangerous shots on target.

In the 33rd minute, Märsta IK made their first substitution, bringing in Prince Ekong for William Sandell. This seemed to give Märsta new energy as they regained control of the match.

At halftime, IFK Stockholm FK made one substitution, bringing in Fadi Rashidi for Manolis Metaxas. Rashidi was expected to stabilize the center defense.
