In an exciting and high-scoring match between Höganäs BK and Asmundtorps IF at Höganäs Sports Center A-field, it was the visiting team that came out on top, winning 3-2.
The match started with an early goal for Asmundtorps IF in the 17th minute when Nathalie Oltner found the back of the net. However, Höganäs BK managed to equalize just six minutes later when Sara Svensson scored.
In the second half, Asmundtorps IF took the lead again when Maria Jönsson made it 2-1 in the 64th minute. Höganäs BK, however, did not give up and fought their way back into the match when Emilia Johansson equalized to 2-2 in the 82nd minute.
Unfortunately for the home team, their joy was short-lived, as Nathalie Oltner scored her second goal of the day, securing the victory for Asmundtorps with only four minutes left of regular time.
Referee Johan Norborg Sundstedt maintained good control over the match and issued a warning to Höganäs BK’s Annie Wetterup in the 60th minute, but otherwise, it was a fair game with no major controversies.
Although the match was evenly matched and both teams fought hard, it was ultimately Asmundtorps IF that secured three points and took the victory home.
