On Saturday afternoon, Sjöbo IF and IK Pandora FF faced off at Sjöbo IP A-plan in front of an audience of 120 people. Referee Hossein Karbassi, who had a busy match, blew the whistle to start the game at 13:00.
Sjöbo IF started strong and took the lead in the 15th minute through Saga Persson. However, the game balanced out, and IK Pandora FF managed to equalize in the 37th minute with a goal from Mira Andersson.
But Sjöbo IF would not sit back for the rest of the half. Just one minute later, My Olsson scored to make it 2-1 for Sjöbo IF. IK Pandora FF received a warning in the 52nd minute when Moa Persson tackled too hard.
The match was still open, but Sjöbo IF held on and eventually made it 3-1 through Saga Persson again, in the 71st minute. The result held, and Sjöbo IF was able to secure three much-needed points in Division 3 Skåne Södra.
