However, Kvarnby IK did not give up and reduced the deficit through Linnea Prytz in the 62nd minute. But Nathalie Nowak completed her hat trick, making it 5-1 for IFK Trelleborg in the 68th minute. Kvarnby IK continued to fight, and in the 79th minute, Linnea Prytz scored a penalty, giving her team some hope.
With only a few minutes left in the match, Parina Askari also scored for Kvarnby IK, reducing the score to 5-3. Despite a strong finish from the away team, it wasn't enough, and IFK Trelleborg managed to hold on and secure three important points.
