It was an exciting match played at Landskrona IP F-plan artificial grass on Friday evening between Landskrona BoIS and Lunds BOIS. The 67 spectators looked forward to a really tough match between the two teams in Division 3 Skåne West for women.
Landskrona BoIS started the match strongly, and it only took six minutes before Alicia Järnhäll scored the team’s first goal of the evening, taking the lead 1–0. During the first half, both teams fought hard and tried to create several scoring chances, but neither managed to score again.
The second half became very thrilling when Landskrona BoIS increased their lead to 2–0 after the 67th minute through Anita Krasniqi. However, just a few minutes later, Lunds BOIS had an unfortunate start when Jenny Thilander received a yellow card, followed by a red card.
Lunds BOIS did not give up, though, and continued to fight, eventually earning a penalty after 78 minutes, which Emelie Tambour converted to reduce the score to 2–1. With only a few minutes left in the match, Tambour scored her second goal of the evening, equalizing for Lunds BOIS at 2-2.
But it wasn't over yet; in stoppage time (90+2), Isabella Nilsson scored to decide the match in favor of Landskrona BoIS with a score of 3–2. Despite the incredibly tough match, Landskrona BoIS managed to take home the victory and three important points in Division 3 Skåne West.
