Last Saturday afternoon, Landskrona BoIS and Hallands Nations FF met at the Landskrona IP F-plan artificial grass pitch. Despite no audience being present to cheer for the teams, it was an exciting match where both teams fought hard to claim victory.
It was Landskrona BoIS who opened the scoring when Alicia Järnhäll put the ball in the net, giving the home team a 1-0 lead after 20 minutes of play. However, Hallands Nations FF quickly responded and equalized through Johanna Fredrich, resulting in the teams going into halftime tied at 1-1 on the scoreboard.
In the second half, Landskrona BoIS regained the lead through Azra Cajlakovic, but Hallands Nations FF would not back down and equalized once again through Lovisa Lindquist. The match continued to be evenly matched, but it was Landskrona BoIS who eventually pulled ahead when Isabella Nilsson and Tilda Leander each scored a goal, securing the victory with a score of 4-2.
Referee Shpend Halili kept a good handle on the match, and no controversial decisions caused the teams to react. Landskrona BoIS was thus able to celebrate the win and three important points in Division 3 Skåne Västra, women.
