After a tough start to the match, GIF Nike kicked into gear and began to fully attack Hallands Nations FF. Following a well-placed corner from the right, Ida Cederholm managed to head the ball into the goal, giving the home team the lead in the 27th minute. Despite several chances from Hallands Nations FF, they were unable to score in the first half.
The second half started strong for the away team, and in the 53rd minute, Johanna Fredrich managed to equalize with an impressive long-range goal. After the goal, the game became evenly matched, with both teams fighting to take the lead. With just three minutes left in the match, it seemed that Ida Cederholm would be the hero again, after she confidently converted a penalty kick.
But it wasn't over yet. With only one minute left of regular time, Ellen Ivehammar found an opening in GIF Nike's penalty area and shot the ball into the net, resulting in a 2-2 draw.
The match was close and entertaining from start to finish, with both teams working hard on the pitch. Although both GIF Nike and Hallands Nations FF had chances to claim victory, the final whistle was welcome as the match ended in a tie.
