Lunds BOIS faced Furulunds IK in an important match in Division 3 Skåne Västra for women on Saturday afternoon. The crowd at Gunnesbo Gård A-plan was warm and expectant as the referee, Hossein Karbassi, blew the whistle for kick-off.
Lunds BOIS started strong but struggled to find the back of the net, while Furulunds IK took advantage of every opportunity to score. In the 18th minute, it was Emma Larsson who scored the first goal for Furulunds IK, and just 7 minutes later, Isabelle Henriksson added two more goals.

Unfortunately, the second half proved even more challenging for Lunds BOIS as Furulunds IK continued to dominate. Emma Svensson scored the fifth goal for the away team just three minutes into the half, and Annie Paulsson netted the sixth goal in the 52nd minute.
Amanda Willas added two more goals in the 62nd and 76th minutes, taking Furulunds IK's lead to 9-0. Finally, the last goal came in the 88th minute, with the ball finding the net for the third time thanks to Amanda Willas's foot, achieving what is known as a hat trick.
The match ended 0-10 in favor of Furulunds IK, who won their league this year. Lunds BOIS could take solace in finishing the season in 9th place in the table. The crowd thanked both teams for an entertaining match.
