The match between IFK Trelleborg and BW 90 IF at Vångavallen was an exciting event filled with goals and incidents. Just eight minutes in, IFK Trelleborg received a warning through Jetullah Bahtiri. BW 90 IF took the lead after 20 minutes through Briar Karim, which also became the halftime score.

In the second half, however, IFK Trelleborg turned the match around in just a few minutes. Jetullah Bahtiri equalized in the 51st minute, followed by a goal from Rasmus Petersson just four minutes later. Petersson then scored his second goal in the 75th minute, giving IFK Trelleborg a 3-1 lead.

BW 90 IF did not give up, however, and reduced the deficit with a goal from Fredrik Ahl in the 81st minute. Despite several sharp chances from both teams, neither was able to score again. The match was marked by several warnings and dismissals, with BW 90's Nedir Muratovic receiving his second yellow card in the 90th minute and therefore being sent off.
