IFK Malmö FK started the match strong and already in the 5th minute, Mohamed Ramadan found the net, giving his team a 1-0 lead. Hittarps IK tried to come back, but it was IFK Malmö FK that continued to dominate. In the 29th minute, Jörgen Nilsson doubled the lead to 2-0, and just ten minutes later, Mohamed Ramadan scored his second goal of the day, allowing IFK Malmö FK to go into halftime with a 3-0 lead.

In the second half, IFK Malmö FK continued to push forward, and in the 51st minute, Martin Ingelsson increased the lead to 4-0. Just a few minutes later, Jörgen Nilsson scored his second goal, making it the fifth for his team on the day. However, Hittarps IK managed to reduce the score through Rasmus Fristedt, but it wasn't long before IFK Malmö FK once again extended their lead to 5-1 with Jörgen Nilsson's goal.

Hittarps IK did not give up, and in the 77th minute, Mattias Hallberg scored to make it 5-2. But the joy was short-lived as Peter Milata from Hittarps IK received two yellow cards within just a few minutes and was sent off. IFK Malmö FK took advantage of the situation, and Jörgen Nilsson completed his hat trick by scoring his third goal of the day, bringing the final score to 6-2 in favor of IFK Malmö FK.

With this victory, IFK Malmö FK continues to chase Hittarps IK in the standings, and the gap between the teams is narrowing. It was an eventful match at Laröds IP A-plan with very good play and many goals.
