BK Olympic faced Ekets GoIF at Lindängen's IP on a sunny Saturday afternoon in front of an empty stand. The match started intensely, and already in the seventh minute, BK Olympic took the lead through Andreas Åkerlund. Ekets GoIF tried to fight back but struggled to establish any play.

In the 22nd minute, Rasmus Lennartsson received a warning for Ekets GoIF, but that did not prevent BK Olympic from increasing their lead. Ken Hansson scored in the 32nd minute, followed by Bassam Ahmad, who expanded the lead to 3-0 just before halftime.
