The match between Hanaskogs IS and GIF Nike was played at Västra Heds IP A-plan in front of an empty stand as no spectators were present. Referee Daniel Gorgievski officiated the match with assistants Otto Persson and Oscar Johnson as assistant referees.

Right from the start, GIF Nike showcased their gameplay and took the lead in the first minute through Oscar Erlandsson. Hanaskogs IS tried to get back into the match but struggled to create scoring opportunities.
