It was a lonely and quiet evening at Bäckagårds IP when Kvarnby IK faced FBK Balkan in Division 3 Södra Götaland. Referee Niklas Andersson blew the whistle to start the match at 19:00, and it took just 26 minutes for FBK Balkan to break the deadlock. William Tonji Ngounou received the ball on the left flank and finished beautifully in the goalkeeper's right corner, making it 0-1 to FBK Balkan.

Kvarnby IK tried to respond but struggled to create dangerous chances, and in the 41st minute, it was Phillip Tran who received a yellow card for the team. A few minutes into the second half, William Tonji Ngounou scored his second goal of the day, increasing FBK Balkan's lead to 0-2.

Kvarnby IK brought on Sajjad Al-Khazaali in hopes of reducing the deficit, but instead, William Tonji Ngounou completed his hat trick with his third goal, making it 0-3 for FBK Balkan. Kvarnby IK made several substitutions both to try to get back into the game and to give players some rest for upcoming matches.

Hekuran Jashari then had his opportunity and, with twenty minutes left in the match, scored to make it 0-5.
