It was a sunny Saturday afternoon at Lomma IP when GIF Nike faced off against IF Lödde in Division 3 Södra Götaland. Despite perfect conditions on the artificial turf, it was a match that would primarily be dominated by the visiting team, IF Lödde.
Already in the sixth minute, IF Lödde took the lead through Jonathan Ahlbäck Ikonen, who found the back of the net behind GIF Nike's goalkeeper. Despite some dangerous chances from both teams, it was IF Lödde that went into the halftime break with a 1-0 lead.
In the second half, GIF Nike took control and in the 50th minute, Felipe Marfull Figueroa equalized to 1-1. But the joy was short-lived as IF Lödde quickly regained the lead through Erik Mårtensson in the 56th minute.
After another goal from Jonathan Ahlbäck Ikonen and one from Emil Lundqvist Felgenau for IF Lödde, the match ended with a heavy defeat for GIF Nike with a score of 1-4. Despite several attempts to get back into the game, GIF Nike could not catch up to IF Lödde, who delivered an impressive performance.
