It was a sunny Saturday afternoon at Ymorvallen A-plan when FC Trelleborg hosted Veberöds AIF in a match in Division 3 Södra Götaland. Despite the beautiful weather, there was not a large crowd present to watch the match.
Referee Andreas Löfkvist blew the whistle to start the match, and the play was even in the beginning. Both teams fought hard to secure a breakthrough, but it was Veberöds AIF that took the lead in the 55th minute when Hampus Isberg scored to make it 0-1.
After the goal, Veberöds AIF continued to apply pressure, and in the 70th minute, they extended their lead to 0-2 through Dardan Dakaj. Just four minutes later, they increased their lead further when Freddie Brorsson scored to make it 0-3.
FC Trelleborg attempted to come back into the match and made several substitutions to try to change the outcome, but Veberöds AIF held firm and secured the three points.
When the referee blew the whistle to end the match, it was clear that Veberöds AIF had won 0-3 against FC Trelleborg away from home. A strong performance from the visiting team that earned them three important points.
