Ånge IF showed on Saturday why they are a top team in Division 3 Southern Norrland. Playing away at Stålringen, they faced Hofors AIF in front of 167 spectators. The match was officiated by Mattias Falk, assisted by Daniel Ullström and Fredrik Mauritzon.

The match started evenly, but after sixteen minutes Ånge IF made a substitution with Alexander Sjödin replacing Daniel Wallsten. At the end of the first half, the referee handed out two more yellow cards, one to Iain Edmunds from Ånge IF and one to Salum Sané from Hofors AIF.

At halftime, Hofors AIF made a substitution with Emir Rexhepi replacing Lamin Sanyang. Ånge IF continued to control the match, and after 55 minutes, Benny Matsson scored to make it 4-1 for Ånge IF. Hofors AIF kept fighting but received two yellow cards after 61 minutes, one to Mattias Ljunggren, and Ånge IF received their second yellow card through Benny Matsson.
