United IK Nordic continued to dominate in Division 3 Södra Svealand as they faced challengers Västerhaninge IF in a Friday evening match at Södertälje Fotbollsarena. In an exciting match that could have gone either way, it was ultimately United IK Nordic who secured the victory with emerging young talents making the difference.

However, the joy was short-lived for the visitors as Roberto Varto quickly equalized for United IK Nordic just a minute later. Shortly after that, United IK Nordic took the lead with a goal from Mattias Genc in the 33rd minute.

At halftime, both teams made substitutions to try to improve their chances. United IK Nordic notably brought in Aday Kaplan to strengthen the attack. It was also Kaplan who scored the third goal for United IK Nordic in the 53rd minute, after Roberto Varto made one of his characteristic runs through the defense.

Roberto's hellish match continued as he netted his second goal just seconds later. With the score at 4-1 for United IK Nordic, it felt like Västerhaninge IF had a steep uphill battle ahead of them. But they did not give up and in the 71st minute, Adam Rodlert managed to score a goal to give Västerhaninge IF some hope.

The match became quite tough towards the end with Västerhaninge IF desperately trying to reclaim lost ground. However, in the end, it was United IK Nordic who could take home the victory with a score of 4-2. The match was worth watching for the 49 spectators who had gathered at Södertälje Fotbollsarena.
