IK Viljan Strängnäs faced Segeltorps IF at Vasavallen A in an exciting match in Division 3 Södra Svealand. Segeltorps IF led the league, while Viljan was in sixth place going into the match. In front of 260 spectators, Jesper Fredholm kicked off the match at 15:00 on Saturday afternoon.

Just six minutes into the match, Viljan's number 98, Mattias Alias, scored to make it 1-0, which set the pace for the rest of the game. After an evenly matched first half, Viljan pulled ahead in the second half.

Viljan was now in complete control of the match and continued to increase their lead with goals from Lucas Holm, Antonius Alias, and two more from Mattias Alias - he completed a hat trick!

Segeltorps' William Miguel managed to score a consolation goal in the 79th minute, but it was too late to change the outcome of the match. Viljan won convincingly with a score of 7-1, strengthening their position in the table.

After the match, it was confirmed that Viljan finished in fifth place in the table, while Segeltorps IF became champions of Division 3 Södra Svealand. It was an exciting season, and this match was one of the highlights.
