IFK Berga started the match strongly and took the lead just two minutes in when Marcus Mårtensson scored with a nice finish. Just one minute later, he extended IFK Berga's lead to 2-0. The team continued to dominate, and in the 35th minute, Patrik Rydasp made it 3-0.

Jämjö GoIF began to find their rhythm and reduced the deficit to 3-1 through Alexander Petersson in the 37th minute. However, just before halftime, IFK Berga was awarded a penalty, and Tommy Berg converted it to make it 4-1.

In the second half, the goals kept coming. Jämjö GoIF managed to cut the gap to 4-2 thanks to Erik Magnusson in the 60th minute, but after that, it was all IFK Berga for the rest of the match. Robin Karlsson scored to make it 5-2, and both Simon Gustafsson and Carl-Johan Holm also found the net for IFK Berga.

The match ultimately ended 8-2 in favor of IFK Berga after Robin Karlsson and Carl-Johan Holm each scored another goal. It was an impressive victory for IFK Berga in front of their home fans at Bergavik IP 1 in Kalmar.

Referee Jacob Sulasalmi maintained a steady line throughout the match and issued only a few cautions. It was an entertaining game that provided many goals and good football for the 201 spectators in attendance.
