Match Report:

Älmhults IF and Nybro IF met in an exciting Division 3 match on Sunday, in front of an audience of zero at Skansborgs IP in Traryd. The referee Benit Ropica officiated the match, assisted by Branimir Balen and Erik Gren.

The match kicked off at 5:00 PM and already in the 28th minute, Älmhults IF took the lead after a goal from André Lassen. The home team played aggressively and was the first to get the score on the board.

However, Nybro IF was not deterred by the early setback and quickly fought their way back into the match. Just three minutes later, in the 31st minute, Nybro equalized with a header from Hoshyar Taha Bash. It was a strong reaction from the away team, who had now brought the match to 1-1.

But Älmhults IF didn’t want to give up, and in the 34th minute, they regained the lead. Niclas Jansson got on the scoresheet, making it 2-1 for the home team once again.

Towards the end of the first half, the referee issued a yellow card to Nybro IF’s Zack Tamen after a tough tackle.

At halftime, Nybro IF made a substitution, bringing on Slobodan Stosic to replace Arvid Johansson.
