Match Report:
It was a sunny Saturday afternoon when Nybro IF faced IFK Karlshamn at Victoriavallen 1 in front of unfortunately empty stands. Referee Abdelmasih Gergess blew the whistle to start the match, and it didn't take long for the away team to take the lead. Just 10 minutes in, Marcus Eilertsen scored 0-1 for IFK Karlshamn.
Nybro tried to get back into the game, but it was instead IFK Karlshamn that continued to dominate. Marcus Eilertsen was in great form and netted 0-2 after 25 minutes. Anton Nilsson from Nybro received a yellow card after a tough tackle in the 30th minute.
Before halftime, IFK Karlshamn extended their lead to 0-3 through Lukas Jönsson in the 37th minute. Immediately after this, Nybro made their first substitution, replacing Arvid Johansson with Jonathan Alexandersson.
In the second half, IFK Karlshamn continued to control the match, and Marcus Eilertsen completed his hat trick by scoring 0-4 in the 54th minute. Jonathan Alexandersson from Nybro received a yellow card after a hard tackle in the 57th minute.
The match continued at the same pace, and both teams made several substitutions to try to influence the game. However, IFK Karlshamn held firm and confidently secured a 4-0 victory to take back home to Karlshamn.
Despite the loss, Nybro showed a fighting effort but struggled to match IFK Karlshamn's effectiveness in front of goal. Hat trick hero Marcus Eilertsen was, of course, the player of the match with his three goals, contributing to IFK Karlshamn's clear victory.
