Onsala BK continued their dominance in Division 3 Sydvästra Götaland as they faced BK Astrio on Saturday afternoon. At Söndrums IP A, Onsala secured a 2-0 victory against the struggling side.

The match started off fiercely with warnings issued to both BK Astrio and Onsala BK. Alexander Hall Ling from Astrio was the first to receive a yellow card in the 21st minute, followed by Christoffer Nogueira from Onsala in the 31st minute.

However, it was Onsala who showcased their strength on the field, with Oliver Nåfors scoring a header in the 42nd minute to take a 1-0 lead in front of the empty stands.

The second half was no less troublesome for both teams, with several players receiving yellow cards, including Felix Albrektson from BK Astrio and Adam Phillips from Onsala.

Onsala continued to press forward, bringing in Joakim Andersson in the 58th minute to maintain their momentum. BK Astrio tried to find a way back into the match, but it was in vain. Robin Sjögren was substituted in the 63rd minute and Gabriel Söderström in the 73rd minute to help salvage the game.

But Onsala were too strong, and in the 90th minute, Oliver Nåfors successfully scored a penalty, sending the ball into the net and sealing the match with a 2-0 victory. Onsala continues to remain at the top of the table while BK Astrio must return to the drawing board in preparation for their next match.
