Gislaveds IS delivered a really strong performance as they defeated Anderstorps IF 5-1 away in Division 3 Sydvästra Götaland. The match was played at Idrottsparken in Anderstorp in front of a crowd of 225 spectators.

Just eleven minutes into the game, Gislaved took the lead through Gustav Olsson after a great combination between the players. Anderstorp tried to respond but instead saw Gislaved extend their lead when Olsson scored his second goal of the match in the 26th minute.

Gislaved continued to dominate the match, and Anton Hjalmarsson made it 3-0 in the 35th minute. Just before halftime, Zoran Sredojevic headed the ball in after a nice corner, further increasing Gislaved's lead.

At halftime, Gislaved’s coach brought in Freddie Palmgren and Pontus Åqvist to give the team some new energy. It paid off, and just 12 minutes later, Gustav Olsson scored his third goal of the match, completing his hat trick.

Anderstorps IF kept fighting and finally managed to get a consolation goal through Mehmet Murati in the 72nd minute. Despite several attempts from the home team, they were unable to reduce the deficit further.

The match was characterized by several cautions, and both teams made multiple substitutions in search of success. However, Gislaved’s victory was never in doubt, and the team was able to head home with an impressive 5-1 win.
