The match started evenly between Angered MBIK and Vinbergs IF at Lövgärdesplan 2 Artificial Turf, in front of an audience of 59 people. The referee Mehdi Shirazi officiated the match, assisted by Bilal Tillo and Thomas Löfstrand.

It was Angered MBIK who began the match strongest and created several dangerous scoring chances, but it was instead Vinbergs IF who took the lead in the 43rd minute through Rasmus Larsson. Angered MBIK equalized early in the second half through Momodou Lamin Marong, but Vinbergs IF regained the lead in the 64th minute through Sebastian Bertilsson Fåglum.

Angered MBIK tried to get back into the match with several chances, but it was Vinbergs IF who extended their lead to 3-1 with another goal from Sebastian Bertilsson Fåglum in the 75th minute. Despite several attempts to reduce the margin, Angered MBIK was unable to mount a comeback.

The match ended 3-1 in favor of Vinbergs IF, who were able to secure three important points in Division 3 South-Western Götaland. A well-deserved victory for the Vinberg team after a strong performance away from home.
