Vinbergs IF faced Fortuna FF at home during a sunny Saturday match. Vinåvallen A was well-filled with 94 spectators in the stands, and the match turned out to be a real thriller. The referees for the day were Damir Pezer, assisted by Samarth Katiyar and Lirim Veli.

Already after seven minutes, Tobias Wahlberg scored for Vinbergs IF, taking the lead 1-0. Just five minutes later, Lukas Svensson received a yellow card, but that didn't stop him from scoring in the 35th minute, extending the lead to 2-0. However, Fortuna FF didn't give up and before halftime, they managed to reduce the deficit with a goal from Niklas Nielsen, making the score 2-1.

At halftime, Fortuna FF made two substitutions; Rasmus Israelsson came on for Emil Mårtensson and Melvin Kinberg for Beris Sabotic. Vinbergs IF kept their starting eleven, but that didn't stop Joel Sibelius from scoring another goal and increasing the lead to 3-1.

It was not over for Fortuna FF as Niklas Nielsen once again showed his strength and reduced the score to 3-2 in the 56th minute. Vinbergs IF then made a substitution, with André Rydermark coming in for Lukas Svensson. Fortuna FF received two yellow cards through Lucas Andersson Persson and Samuel Combelles in the 53rd and 62nd minutes, respectively. In the 69th minute, Gabriel Gustavson received a yellow card, and Vinbergs IF then substituted Filip Sibelius for David Norrman, while Fortuna FF brought in Josef Saad Alyasin for Oskar Nilsson, both in the 70th minute. Vinbergs IF's André Rydermark then received two yellow cards and was sent off in the 89th minute.

The match was far from over, and Fortuna FF got a chance to equalize when Niklas Nielsen scored his third goal of the day from a free kick in the 90th + 2nd minute. The crowd erupted in cheers, and the score was now 3-3. However, Niklas Nielsen received a yellow card just a minute later. Fortuna FF made two more substitutions when Nick Pedersen came in for Samuel Combelles and Mohammed Chahrour for Philip Persson in the 84th minute.

Despite several chances on both sides, neither team could score again, and the match ended in a 3-3 tie. It was a well-played match that offered both drama and excitement. Vinbergs IF's best player was Joel Sibelius, while Fortuna FF's standout player was clearly Niklas Nielsen with his hat trick.
