It was an exciting and high-scoring match between Säffle FF and Yxhults IK at Sporthälla IP B-plan in front of an audience of 150 people. Referee Thomas Lundqvist officiated the match, which started evenly, but it was Säffle FF that took the lead with Joachim Broström scoring in the 42nd minute.
Shortly after the break, Atle Lindh managed to extend Säffle FF's lead to 2-0 in the 47th minute. Yxhults IK did not give up and reduced the deficit with a goal from Senad Berisha in the 57th minute. Emil Fransson was substituted in for Yxhults IK, and he was the one who managed to equalize to 2-2 in the 87th minute.
However, Säffle FF had other plans and in the fourth minute of stoppage time, Andelo Vekic scored the winning goal to make it 3-2. At the end of the match, tensions flared between the teams, and Yxhults IK had two players sent off, Jörgen Hallberg and Dildar Caliskan. Gabriel Åbom received a yellow card in the 95th minute for Yxhults IK.
It was a dramatic and intense match that ended with a narrow victory for Säffle FF. A well-played match by both teams where Säffle FF ultimately came out on top.
