MD FF Köping tried desperately to get back into the match and made several offensive substitutions, but failed to get an equalizing goal. Instead, they had two players booked at the end of the match, while KB Karlskoga FF held on and secured three points at home.

The match thus ended 2-1 to KB Karlskoga FF, who thus took an important victory in Division 3 Västra Svealand. Despite the intense game, it was a match with zero spectators in place, but the home crowd seems to have celebrated the victory properly after the final whistle.
