Jacob Ljung opened the scoring for Säffle FF in the 21st minute, putting the team in the lead at 1-0. Later in the match, Joachim Broström increased the lead to 2-0 with a penalty in the 54th minute. Darko Kikanovic extended the lead to 3-0 in the 64th minute, before Desmond Richards made it 4-0 in the 78th minute. Kehinde Adeshigbin capped the match with his goal in the 89th minute, resulting in an impressive 5-0 victory for Säffle FF.
