Säffle FF secured an important victory in Sunday afternoon's match against IFK Åmål at Sporthälla IP A-plan. With an impressive attendance of 1,236 people and referee Martin Thorén along with assistants Peter Haglund and Luiz Benicio present.

The first goal of the match came in the 41st minute when Säffle's Darko Kikanovic scored 1-0. IFK Åmål fought back, but in the 55th minute, they substituted Gustav Weingartshoffer for Shaun Watt. However, this did not change much for Säffle, who continued to be the dominant team on the field, and in the 58th minute, they substituted Fredrik Rohman for Desmond Richards, which led to even more pressure for Säffle.
