Grums IK won the match against league leaders IFK Kumla on Friday evening at Idrottsparken. The home team took the lead just eleven minutes into the game through Ismala Sambou and then doubled their advantage with Filip Jansson's goal in the 32nd minute.

IFK Kumla fought to get back into the match, and Pontus Borehed managed to reduce the deficit to 2-1 in the 59th minute. IFK Kumla focused on attacking and brought in several players, but Grums IK held firm defensively.

In the 85th minute, Sebastian Lundquist scored Grums IK's third goal from a fine pass by Andreas Ragnarsson. IFK Kumla tried for a final push, but Grums IK held on and won the match 3-1.

The match was not without controversy.
