Melleruds IF had home advantage when they faced Fengersfors IK in Division 4 Bohuslän-Dalsland. In front of a crowd of 74 spectators, referees Benny Berntsson, Linus Axberg, and Tony Hansson kicked off the match at 1:30 PM at Dalslands Sparbanks Arena.

Fengersfors IK continued to apply pressure, but in the 37th minute, Marcus Rydberg managed to extend Mellerud's lead with a header from a corner. Just before halftime, Fredrik Larsson made it 3-0 for Melleruds IF, which was a heavy blow for Fengersfors IK.
In the second half, Melleruds IF continued to control the match, and in the 64th minute, William Sundelius scored to make it 4-0 after rounding the Fengersfors IK goalkeeper.
The match ended 4-0 to Melleruds IF, which was a much-needed victory for the team. Fengersfors IK, on the other hand, has to go home and reflect on what went wrong and how to improve for the next match.
