On Thursday evening, Tjörn's DFF/SV faced IFK Strömstad in a match in Division 4 Bohuslän for women, at Tjörn Sparbank Arena. With an audience of 30 people, referee Mudar Altahawi was set to lead the match.
Already five minutes into the game, we saw the first goal through a fine performance by Minna Romell from Tjörn's DFF/SV, who placed the ball behind the opposing goalkeeper, giving the home team a 1-0 lead. But it didn't stop there; just three minutes later, Malin Ahlstedt headed in another ball, increasing the lead to 2-0.
IFK Strömstad tried to recover and created a few chances, but it was Tjörn's DFF/SV that continued to dominate, and ten minutes after the second goal, they increased their lead to 3-0 through Mikaela Jellstam.
Before the halftime break, Jellstam scored again, this time from a corner, which increased Tjörn's DFF/SV's lead to 4-0. But the team was not satisfied there, and just before the halftime break, Kamilla Sundberg scored two quick goals in just three minutes to extend the lead to an impressive 5-0.
The second half was not much different from the first, with Tjörn's DFF/SV continuing to play with confidence and controlling the match. Kamilla Sundberg scored her second goal and the team's sixth goal, which also became the final result.
Tjörn's DFF/SV delivered a fantastic performance and won the match 6-0 against IFK Strömstad. It was an impressive team effort, and the attacking duo Jellstam and Sundberg greatly impressed by each scoring two goals.
