Islingby IK U1 totally dominated against Sälen-Lima Football in today's match at Borlänge Energi Arena. Although the crowd was unfortunately absent, Islingby put on an impressive display.
Already after five minutes, Islingby took the lead through Hanna Olsson, who scored the first goal of the day. Just one minute later, Jennifer Kolseth Markström extended the lead to 2-0. Islingby continued to drum up and Kolseth Markström scored his second goal of the day and increased to 3-0.
In the 30th minute, Sälen-Lima Fotboll had an unfortunate situation where they kicked the ball into their own goal and Islingby could go up to a 4-0 lead. Before half time, Pernilla Holm also managed to score two goals and added 5-0 and 6-0 to the scoreboard.
The second half continued in the same dominant style from Islingby and the goals rolled in. Ronja Schönberg, Johanna Nilsson and Lisa Lidström all contributed with a goal each and increased the lead to 9-0. Hanna Olsson continued her fine day on the field and scored both her second, third and fourth goals of the day, resulting in a hat trick for her.
Emelie Sjöö then ended the goal celebration by scoring Islingby's twelfth and final goal of the day. The referee blew the match off with the final score 12-0 to Islingby IK U1.
A very impressive victory for Islingby IK U1, while Sälen-Lima Fotboll has to take new steps and try to bounce back from this heavy loss.
