On a dark and rainy Thursday evening, Åbyggeby IFK and Strömsbro IF met at Ockelbo IP in front of an audience of 32 people. Referee Per Nyström blew the whistle to start the match, and it was the guests from Strömsbro who came out strong. Within just two minutes, Ellen Bäckström Alftberg scored to give the away team a 1-0 lead.

The second half began similarly to the first, with Strömsbro in the driver's seat. Line Boman completed her hat trick in the 63rd minute, netting the fifth goal of the match for Strömsbro.
Just two minutes later, Strömsbro had the chance to score their sixth goal, but it was Åbyggeby's goalkeeper who saved the ball on the goal line. Unfortunately for Åbyggeby, this was not enough to keep them from conceding, as Ellen Bäckström Alftberg headed in Strömsbro's sixth and final goal of the evening.
The match ended 0-6, and Strömsbro could return home with three points and a strengthened position in third place in the table. Åbyggeby, on the other hand, remains in fourth place after the loss.
