On a sunny and pleasant Friday evening, Åbyggeby FK and Hille IF met at Gavlevallen in front of an audience of 103 people. Hannibal Tesfamichel had donned his referee's uniform and acted as the main referee for the match, with assistant referees Meron Abraha Tekle and Mustafa Hashimi by his side.
It turned out to be a tough and eventful match with a very solid home team in Åbyggeby. Already in the 32nd minute, Jacob Melin struck with the match's first goal, giving the home team a 1-0 lead after a nice setup from his teammates.

With three quick goals in their favor, Åbyggeby could play freely, and it paid off. Miguel Senghore scored the fourth goal in the 70th minute, and it seemed to be decisively in Åbyggeby's favor.
However, Hille IF wanted to show that they could play football too, and in the 87th minute, Isaac Ternstedt managed to score a consolation goal, reducing the score to 4-1 after a well-executed play by his teammates.
The match was also marked by several yellow cards, the last of which went to home player Jaakob Khreis in the 90th minute. However, this did not affect the outcome, and the match ended with a very clear victory for Åbyggeby FK with a score of 4-1.
The home fans left Gavlevallen with joy in their hearts and a good start to the weekend. For the guests from Hille IF, the focus now shifts to looking ahead and hopefully finding their form again in the upcoming matches.
