It was an exciting match between Stenkullen GoIK and Ytterby IS on Thursday evening at Stenkullen's IP 1 Grass in Division 4 Göteborg A. The match started somewhat cautiously, with both teams having a few small chances but no goals. In the 27th minute, Olle Freij from Stenkullen GoIK received a warning for playing too aggressively on the field.
The second half began with a good chance for Stenkullen GoIK, quickly followed by a second warning for another player from Stenkullen GoIK, James Drake, in the 47th minute. But then, in the 51st minute, Elfatihan Xhaferi from Stenkullen GoIK scored the goal that broke the deadlock, making it 1-0. However, Xhaferi received a warning later in the match along with Joakim Thornberg from Ytterby IS and Victor Andersson.
Ytterby IS bounced back in the 60th minute with a goal from Adam Hurtig and pushed hard to take the lead. But it was Stenkullen GoIK who scored the second goal, again by Elfatihan Xhaferi, in the 63rd minute. Yet, Ytterby IS was not ready to give up, and Tim Stolt Hermansson scored the equalizer in the 76th minute.
Later, James Drake received his second warning and was sent off, along with Olle Freij from Stenkullen GoIK. Despite several chances from both teams, the match ended 2-2, with Ytterby IS remaining in second place in the standings while Stenkullen GoIK stayed in fourth. An exciting football match, despite the absence of an audience.
