It was a heated match at Thulevallen when Matfors IF 2 hosted Stockviks FF in Division 4 Medelpad. The crowd was ready for an exciting game, and referee Seyed Mohammad Hosseini kicked off the match at 7:00 PM on Friday evening.
The match started with some hard tackles from both teams, and after just 13 minutes, Erik Thunberg received a warning for Matfors IF 2. However, it was Stockviks FF who managed to take the lead after 14 minutes when Amandus Löfgren scored from the penalty spot.
Matfors IF 2 kept fighting, and after 20 minutes, William Bergman equalized to make it 1-1. But it was Stockviks FF who took the lead again just before halftime when Abraham Brhane scored to make it 2-1.
The second half began with a yellow card for Abraham Brhane, but things soon got worse for Stockviks FF when Linus Åhl was sent off after 58 minutes. Matfors IF 2 exploited the situation, and after a penalty kick, Max Stenmark equalized to make it 2-2.
But that was not the end for Matfors IF 2, who just a few minutes later were able to take the lead through Max Stenmark again. Stockviks FF fought to come back, but it didn't help even when Eghbal Najafi received a red card for Matfors IF 2.
Despite attempts by Stockviks FF to equalize again, Matfors IF 2 maintained their lead and eventually won the match 3-2. Referee Seyed Mohammad Hosseini also issued several warnings in the last minutes of the match, but it did not affect the result.
It was a well-played match by both Matfors IF 2 and Stockviks FF, but in the end, it was Matfors IF 2 who could celebrate victory in front of a crowd of 69 spectators.
