Unbyns IF hosted Älvsby IF at Sporn in an exciting match in Division 4 Norrbotten South, men's league. Despite the home team being second to last in the table and the visitors sitting in third place, it was Unbyns IF who dominated the match from start to finish.
Just five minutes into the game, Unbyns took the lead 1-0 with a header from Simon Boqvist. The play remained intense, and shortly after, John Strandberg received a warning for Unbyns.
In the ninth minute, Stefan Johansson also received a warning for Unbyns. However, it was Älvsby IF who suffered the most from disciplinary actions when Msgna Tekeste Tedla was sent off in the 25th minute.
Nevertheless, Älvsby IF managed to equalize to 1-1 with a penalty goal from Jonathan Dalberg in the 42nd minute, just before halftime. But it was Unbyns IF who continued to dominate after the break, with Erik Wallin scoring to make it 2-1 shortly after halftime.
Marcus Wallin followed up with two quick goals, increasing the lead to 4-1 for Unbyns. The match ended dramatically when Ezri Werede Kiros was sent off for Älvsby IF in the 90th minute.
Referee Axel Wernqvist kept a close eye on the situation along with assistant referees Albin Peters and Mårten Larsson. Despite there being no spectators present, the match provided many exciting moments, and Unbyns IF could finally celebrate a well-deserved victory with a score of 4-1 against Älvsby IF.
