Ersnäs IF took on Älvsby IF in an exciting Division 4 match at Pålbacka. Despite the match being played in front of a crowd of zero spectators, it turned out to be a goal-filled event.

Just 10 minutes into the game, the home team took the lead through Anders Kristoffersen Mannela, and just a few minutes later, Carl Nilsson doubled the lead to 2-0. Markus Sennström and Marcus Svensson continued to lead the way for Ersnäs IF by scoring two quick goals, giving their team a 4-0 advantage.

However, Älvsby IF fought back, and Anton Häggström reduced the lead to 4-1 after 34 minutes. David Karlsson then scored two goals for the visitors before halftime, bringing the score to 4-3 in favor of Ersnäs IF at the break.

In the second half, the goals kept coming. Marcus Svensson and Carl Nilsson extended Ersnäs’s lead, but Älvsby refused to give up, and David Karlsson scored his third goal of the day to narrow it down to 6-4.

Even though Anton Häggström got Älvsby closer with another goal that made it 6-5, it was Markus Sennström and Aron Häggstål who scored the final goals for Ersnäs, securing an 8-5 victory for the home team.

After the match, it was clear that Ersnäs IF finished in fourth place in the table while Älvsby IF ended up in seventh place. A goal-filled and entertaining conclusion to the season for both teams.
