Hjulsbro IK B secured a resounding victory at home against Saltängens BK in a match that was a showcase of efficiency. Just ten minutes into the game, the first goal was scored when Maja Björklund sent the ball past the opposing goalkeeper. Just a few minutes later, Ebba Kindström extended the lead to 2-0.
Hjulsbro continued to play with great intensity, and it wasn’t long before Maja Björklund scored again, making it 3-0. Sofia Walldén also wanted to get in on the scoring and netted two goals in quick succession, resulting in a solid lead of 5-0 going into halftime.
In the second half, Hjulsbro continued to dominate, and it didn’t take long before Joy Schuiling had the chance to score from the penalty spot, successfully putting the ball into the net. Ebba Kindström joined in the scoring as well, netting a seventh goal for the home team.
When Lovisa Gällerdal and Tilde Fornander also got on the scoresheet, the match was decided, ending with a final score of 9-0.
Many strong performances were seen from Hjulsbro's players on the field, but the crowd and the referee must also be mentioned for contributing to a wonderful atmosphere at UCS Arena.
